8. Quotes for Storm Shelter Installations:

Quotes reqested via website chat, email, any social media channel, phone conversation or text messaging, are valid for 15 days from the day sent by the employee representing Smart Shelters of Kentucky. For the quote to be valid beyond the 15-day timeline, a $500.00 deposit must be received must be received within the 15 day period. This same deposit will reserve a spot on the installation schedule. Failure to place the deposit via the online shopping cart located on the website within the alloted 15-day timeline invalidates the quote provided regardless of how it was received.

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellations due to weather delays or any force outside the scope of our control will receive the deposit back minus $40.00 (or 3% if the storm shelter was paid in full upfront) to cover merchant processing fees. For cancellations on the day of the scheduled install, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. If the storm shelter is defective or damaged during transportation or installation, the company will fix it or replace it at the discretion of the company.

3. If the customer is not satisfied with the product or service, the company will investigate the issue and provide a solution that is mutually beneficially for the customer and company.

4. The refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer.
